Very well said Mphasian-ind. The mantra for survival in this sick company is to destroy others in your project and company who may be your threat to your position. Most managers are sick and deserve to go to trash. sadly these folks are surviving due to patronage from their bosses.
All the customers are sick of working with mphasis. Never seen or heard of such politics in any companies as in this company.
