This is not a company where you can grow and get your knowledge updated. If you don't want to spoil your career, think again with other available options though you are getting less salary/ benefits.
Top management is not bother about their teams and who's doing what. They don't have any kind of team building skills or develop their teams. Some of the Managers/ Heads are even don't have relevant experience in their field and heading delivery/ practice. How they get recruited and getting business only god knows.
So, even you can find that so many guys getting good offers from MphasiS but not joining the company.
A minute of thinking can save your so many months execution; think a minute before joining.
