Firstly you don't even reply to your user's queries. Now, you have the audacity to cheat them. Reducing my MS points from 871 to 71 without any reasons, isn't really a way to solve your problems. That's cowardly avoiding any confrontation.
If you people can't even work in good faith then what the hell kind of consumer guidance are you actually providing?! you are the one of the very services that get bad reviews on your own site. Before providing reviews on others, may be you should have a check on yourself.
The image attached in this review is of the conversation I had with MS Customer Support. After their first mail, I never received any reply. Instead they just reduced my MS points from 871 to 71.
