MouthShut_Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have only been a member of MouthShut.com for a few days, and am already interested in such things as how to cash out. This is the sole aspect of the site that I have been unable to figure out. I know I can't cash out until I've been here for six months - I'm on a fast track to get the 600 points, so it's just a matter of time until I can get to cash out to begin with - but as a United States citizen, there are some problems I would have about getting cash from Bombay, India. Would I be paid in rupees or US dollars? Would I be able to get gift certificates that I could actually use here in the USA? Where in the world would I go to negotiate a check made out to me in rupees rather than US dollars?
These are all concerns which are not addressed by the MouthShut people. It is otherwise an intuitive site, but then, it is so similiar to one particular US site (at least as it originally was designed) that I had no trouble figuring out what this site was like and how to use it. If my concerns about cashing out are addressed when the time comes to do that, I will be even happier with the site.
