Okay I could go on and on about how much caffeine Mountain Dew has in it but I will not. I will tell you that if you need a quick pick me up. You should have a glass of Dew. It will help with all the down in the dumps, so to speak.
Mountain Dew has a unique taste. Kind of lemon lime tasting but a lot different than Sprite. Personally I like the Diet Mt. Dew it taste better than the regular. I have been drinking Diet lately. To help with the sugar in take.
Mountain Dew has a large amount of sugar in it. In one 24 fl oz bottle it has 31 grams of sugar, 31 Carbohydrates and 50 mg of Sodium. Wow that hurts! Thats a lot of people's problem with drinking sodas. They don't realize that that is your days supply plus sugar and carbs.
Mountain Dew is part of the Pepsi family. I personally like Coca Cola better than Pepsi. But that is another time and review ;)...
