I bought this windows mobile in April Last year.. I love it before I have the problem in charging the phone. And I don`t know why the company didn`t supplied the USB data Cable and the Windows CD in the Packages. And now I have the problem in LCD. Its display cannot seen. When I contact the services centre they said that it was cause by a damage of PATA Cable.
When I ask them to change this damages they said they can`t changes it as they can`t find any spare part for this Cable. How can I solve this problem and where can I get the spare parts. Please someone tell me... Otherwise I will not buy any other Motorola products.. It made me really really Angry...!!!!! I don`t know what to do right now. It cause a lot of problems for me now...
As I can`t easily afford to buy another Mobile phones. Someone help me from this problem and tell me how can I contact the manufacturing team. I want to tell them about this product...
