It has 1GB RAM and 4GB internal memery but it has alredy 2.2 gb in built applications whic realy lack in downloading big application but it has external memery support expandable upto 32Gb
Camera is of 5Mp its not good you can take pic only in natural light it does not have flishlight and its aslo does not front camera
