Guys, first of all, I want to tell you that I really had a very bad experience with branded smartphones which are way popular than Motorola. I always end up smashing my phones due to reasons like slowdown or hanging. But fortunately, my friend advised me to look it up for moto G2. So I did bring this phone as my primary device. And have to say Motorola has done a great job.
IPS screen with corning gorilla glass 3, 5.0-inch screen, 8 MP f/2.0 primary camera, 2 MP f/2.2 secondary camera, with most of the sensors and with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset.what else we need in a budget-oriented phone.
I am seriously pleased with the performance.Even the battery life is descent compared to most of the the popular brands. And I got android lollipop out of the box. So damn pleased with the performance
There are actually lots of pros of this device.
Pros of Moto-
*Good display**: Inspite of half inch increase in the screen size, screen produces share and clear texts and videos. It offers good viewing angles and vivid colours. The screen also has Corning Gorilla Glass protection
*Good Performance**: Almost stock Android experience on this device gives almost lag free experience. We can play most of the popular Android games.
*microSD card support:** Addition of microSD card support make this device more attractive. 16GB internal storage and support for the microSD card is a good deal.
*Value for Money:** Promise of Android L update, good day to performance at a affordable price tag, make this device of the good value for money device.
Even though with such a good phone I do have some minor issues.
Cons of Moto G-
*No increment on Battery:** Despite increase in screen size, there is no improvement made on battery size. Though it is not a deal breaker, still the battery life got reduced a bit.
*Design and look:** In terms of build quality it is good. But addition of speaker grid in the front does not look good.
*No 1080p video recording:** The camera pixel is increased to 8MP but max video resolution at which we record is not upgraded. It is still 720p.
