I order around 3 orders worth rs 7600. and 50 English movies titles for my kids on this vacation. I paid via credit card. They updated tracking number very next day that item has been shipped but 2 weeks I got nothing. I was waiting for more than 2 weeks and when I call to moserbaer company says they have some title sort in this order so they didn't dispatch and just upload bluedart tracking on the system. When I cancel order by phone and ask for refund they give me complain number.
And with in 2 days I get my order with 7 titles sort in the order and now when I asking for refund for my 7 titles they are not reply my emails and even I call them they put my phone hold. So please guys do not go for this company this is cheap and very bad.
