My wife was was admitted to Moolchand Hospital, New Delhi in emergency on 7th October at 10:45 PM as she was having fever, head and stomach ache. The staff admitted her and gave injections and took blood sample. They said that the blood report would be given in the morning at 8 AM.
I went back and came to the hospital to collect the report at 11:30 am, however once I asked for the report the staff was not able to find report and kept sending me from one person to another to enquirer about the report.
Finally the staff in the emergency ward stated that there were too many blood sample collected in the night so they flushed all the blood samples. There were many other patients that faced the same response once they went to collect the report.
It a total mental harassment that I got when I went to collect the reports, the hospital staff is not at all ashamed of what they have done. There are no(-) raising available here otherwise I would have give(-) rating Moolchand Hospital
