First of all This website is not well built.
Search for some jobs and it will always give you a job in BPO. That's not bad. But I dont want to work there. I have mentioned in which industry I am looking for a job. But it seems like monster dont have any clue what they r doing.
Also there are people contacting you for job and it is fake never trust them. Beware.
They will charge you some amount of money and say that they will send you to an interview. Not true at all.
