I have been a regular customer for Monginis.
The Quality of the Cakes and other Items is quite good.
This review is about the Website for Online ordering of cakes.
Monginis has given the option for ordering online using its website for customers who does not have a store nearby or does not have the time to go to the store.
As in todays time everyone is trying to save as much time as possible by doing most of the activities online. It was a great initiative by Monginis to follow on this path. However Monginis has failed Miserably to do the same.
First of all the delivery charges are quite high and on that some times when we try to apply the coupon codes it does gives error.
Once I did order a cake which was placed successfully and I was awaiting for the order to be delivered. Before the delivery time I receive a call that the order cannot be delivered due to Lack of delivery boys at the store.
It was very unprofessional from Monginis to say this before at the end and leave the customer in a sticky situation.

Slow Website
No Delivery gaurantee
So I would never recommend to order online.
