I have made 2 trasactions on 29/3/2015 for making purchase on shopclues, mobikwik transaction ids are 44034927 and 44043549. For only one of them I got the cashback os Rs 100 but the next day it was deducted by Mobikwik for stupid reason that it was because of the system error. I have the image of the transactions where I got the confirmation message thatI will get the Rs 100 cashback. Please provide me your email so that I can send you the screenshots. Why are we made to suffer because of the problem in the Mobikwik side. I have raised a complaint TICKET #2383478 also but it was closed with the absurd reply that it was due to the system error.
