I made the mistake of using Mobikwik to pay for an order on swiggy( transaction id **1067256539**.) The money got deducted from my account but the it didn't reach swiggy. I have made several calls to Mobikwik customer care and sent them emails but I haven't even received a response. The money has just vanished from my bank account and my banking details have been compromised by Mobikwik. How do I take legal action against these guys?
