Biggest drawback is supercash policies, in other wallets the cash back is credited in regular wallet which is equivalent to cash, aslo earlier we were able to use supercash to any amount unlike now where only 10% supercash can be used in a transaction rest will be expiref in a mounth a time.
This is not a favour of customers. I understand that is an additional offering from mobikwik, but if the policies are not much favour of the customers, it may not be in favour of the company too in loger run. For example earlier I used paytm single Handedly before switching to mobikwik.
But now it seems its time to switch to different wallet, probably airtel as it offfers a savings account feature, cashback in wallet, bank transfer facility and insurance. This is my suggestion to mobikwik
