Mobikwik is a concept of mobile wallet which is used for making various paymant like bills payment recharges etc. But in comparasion with other mobile wallet like paytm, it is far behind.
The layout and design of mobile is not good moreover it is not easy to use. The layout provided by them is unsuitable for busy customers.
The function of mobile is is similar to that of other mobile wallet but it's efficiency is not good. Bills and recharges made does not regularly become success. And also the cash back that they give is very bad.
It is not at all useful as mobile wallet. The payments made do not guarantee success hence it is advisory not to use mobikiwik. People can go for other options like paytm wallet, free charge etc which are much more efficient then mobikiwik.
