Mobikwik is a very bad in service. Specially when I talk about the cashback issue. Actually I had a complain regarding my cashback for a recharge using a code 28NOV16 but I didnt get my cashback. Though I complaint and in reply I get nothing but a usless answer that I will get that after 10th of december. I waited but I didnt get. I again replied but this time no reply came. But after someday I saw that coversation and I was surprised to see that they closed the matter by sending me that issue has been resolved. This type of issues happend to me three times so now I do not use mobikwik app anymore. Sorry to say.
