MobiKwik Xtra is an absolute nightmare. I invested in MobiKwik Flexi expecting a safe and flexible plan, but without my consent, my money was moved to a risky peer-to-peer (P2P) lending scheme. Now large sum of my money is trapped in loans I can’t control.The platform’s fees are outrageous, and their response to my complaints is even worse. When I contacted them, they hid behind vague claims about urgent RBI rules and avoided answering my questions. This feels like a scam. Avoid MobiKwik Xtra if you don’t want to lose your money and get stonewalled by their customer service.
