I tried using mobikwik wallet at(JP Nagar 7th Phase, Brigade Millenium, Bangalore) BigBazar, Bangalore cash counter today(25/12/15) at 6:43 pm.
However, when I paid using Mobikwik, the PoS device(card swipe machine) mentioned that I have insufficient funds in my MobiKwik wallet.
Whereas I have Rs 1100 in my account and the bill amount is only Rs 1043. As a result of this, I could not use MobiKwik wallet to pay the bill amount at BigBazar and redeem 15% cash back and Rs 200 gift voucher.
I am really disappointed by this experience especially the fact that this was my first experience with MobiKwik. I really don't intend to use Mobikwik. Please refund Rs 1100 kept in Mobikwik wallet in my bank account, or provide 15% cashback. Regards, rabin biswas [private info removed]
