When we think of cashless platforms, paytm, mobikwik comes first in our mind. Mobikwik is not a good platform for cashless transactions compared to Paytm. Mobikwik is not so userfreindly. Also Mobikwik is not supported by as many merchants compared to other wallets. Main drawback is transaction failures. Recently I have transferred money through Mobikwik wallet to my friend's Mobikwik wallet. After deduction of money from my wallet I got msg conveying that successful transaction, My friend not received the amont in his wallet. After online form I reported the issue with transaction ID, they told me about transaction failure notice. Even after 6 days, neither this amount is transferred in my account nor to my friend's account. Worst expetience.
