Presently Mobikwik Supercash can be redeemed as only 10% of Supercash balance per transaction. This is very tricky& inconvenient for user.
E.g. if a user has Rs.100 as Supercash& assuming no further Supercash received by the user, then it would require 45 transactions to avail Rs.99 of this Supercash amount.(First transaction - 10% of 100=10, next transaction 10% of 90=9& so on).
Such method is very inconvenient& impractical for customers to use it effectively.
The suggestion to improve this is given below:
1) Instead of 10% Supercash redemption per transaction, it should be made as 25% Supercash redemption per transaction when Supercash balance amount is more than Rs.100.
2) Minimum amount of Supercash for redemption should be Rs.25 per transaction for any Supercash balance amount between Rs.25& Rs.100 i.e. Rs.25 Supercash should be redeemed per transaction in this case.
3) For any Supercash balance amount less than Rs.25, entire Supercash should be redeemed for the transaction.
4) Increase validity of Supercash from 45 days to 1 year.
5) Allow transfer of Supercash to other Mobikwik users.
6) Allow conversion of Supercash to normal money as 25% of normal money. E.g. if Rs.100 is available as Supercash, then user should be able to convert entire Rs.100 of Supercash into Rs.25 as normal money which can be transfered to anyone or can be used for any merchant payment or can be transferred to bank account.
If these suggestions are implemented then customers would also be happy with the savings& Mobikwik would also be benefited by encouraging customers to do more transactions on Mobikwik.
Lets see what happens - whether Mobikwik changes& improves the Supercash system or Customers go away from it!
