Mobikwik invented an excellent trick to beguile its customer, and I have caught it. Its novel invention to cheat the customers is Supercash. Its a trap to tempt the customer to pay via Mobikwik in the hope of earning more supercash which they actually shall never be able to use before it expires. In my last two transactions, I tried to use suprcash but it did not work as I earned supercash for those transactions.
According to Mobikwik's policy, one cannot earn and spend Supercash in the same transaction. Most of the websites are offering Supercashback offers. So there are no ways to evade earning cashback. so you cannot use Supercash and soon it'll expire.Then I wrote to customer care that I do not earn more supercash but I want to utilizeThey never gave satisfactory reply. So I don't want more supercash. I want to spend it. Mobikwik needs to make its policy more flexibile regarding Supercash. Otherwise, it'll lose its customers
