Hi guys! I am sharing my experience with you about this MobiKwik app.
Recently 2 months back I have done my JIO mobile recharge by using MobiKwik as I got to know that I would get cash back of Rs.399/- if I have done Rs.399/- recharge.
I got Rs.399/- as cash back in the form of super cash. I thought that I can utilize this amount in further transactions so that I recharged my number.
This super cash, I cannot utilize the total amount at a time only I can use 15% of the cash back I received.
I have tried to book movie tickets by using this mobikwik, it is not giving option to use the super cash. It is directly taking my card details.
I have tried to convert this into cash to wallet through convert to cash option in mobikwik wallet. For this I had to try at 7 pm only. I have tried to convert it at 7 pm continuously one week but it was telling try tomorrow all the coupons are sold out.
If I cannot use the cashback amount what is the use of receiving cashback in my wallet. Till now I could not convert it in to cash or utilize this amount as it is being about 3 months.
This is very worst app not allowing the users to use cashback received as well as not offering more unlike paytm or freecharge or other wallet services.
This is what the mobikwik wallet uselessness and worst service to its users. I won’t recommend to use it.
