Few days back I tried to do one transaction for few thousands using mobiwik. payment had failed thrice while making the payment and message appeared that money will be credited back. finally transaction did not take place and money got deducted from the card.
after raising the case, morning entire money has been credited in wallet. despite of several reminders they are not transferring the same to the card. Now They wanted to know why I am taking the money back and each runs in few thousands. even after explaining them, they have not transferred this back. credit card statement is generated and I have to pay this money from my pocket and these guys are enjoying on my money. this is insane. it is my money and system multiple system failure made this thrice.
totally poor service in the name of facility they offer.
