Dear Sir,
Whenever I did a recharge using Netbanking, through MOBIKWIK, there was a double deduction of money from my account for a single recharge( for eg. If I recharged my mobile with Rs 160 there were two deductions of Rs 160 for a single recharge). This happened three times in a row with me.
Kindly look into the matter as urgent and refund me the money(Rs 160+Rs 17+ Rs 67= Rs 244) that was wrongly deducted.
