Friends please stop using Mobikwik! as henceforth no Supercash has been utilized for your transactions.
I would like to inform you that in my Mobikwik wallet there is super cash worth Rs.477.85.(Expiring on 15 Jul 17).
Using Mobikwik I did transactions of Rs.993 & Rs.500 on 23rd May as well as 27th May respectively. However not a single Penny came from Supercash(My Supercash balance is same Rs 477.85)
When I raised to their support team they replied saying you are not entitle to use Supercash as promo code has been applied.(However no promo code applied in any of my transactions).
Even Today I have paid to Adidas via Mobikwik without Promocode(just to clean up my Mobikwik wallet balance), No Supercash utilized(My Supercash balance is same Rs 477.85). Whereas they promised 10% of Supercash for every transactions.
Ideally people use wallets for Cashbacks, seems Mobikwik has blocked Supercash.
Hence I have deleted Mobikwik App from my phone.
