Mobikwik is one of the biggest online wallet anf payment app but no so good as compare to phonepe and paytm in features as well as services. In the mobikwik mobile app it is mentioned that if you book minimum 2 movie tickects online using mobikwik wallet or through mobikwik you will get 75 rupees( no supercash) cashback within 24 hours. I booked 6 tickets for the movie Dangal through mobikwik but I didnot get any cashback from them. I contact with customer care through email, chat and also when I call customer care they told we are looking towards your problem. All possibilities I tried out are gone in vane. It was one of my worst experience with mobikwik.
