I am a member of mobikwik.com for 2 months. In this short period of time. I have faced many problems. One of them which I remember is that I recharged a full talktime pack of 429 of bsnl but I didn't recived my talk time. And when I wanted to contact with mobikwik coustomer care they did not receive my call not even a single sms or mail they sent me regarding this problem after 4 days they send me a mail which says my transaction has failed and I will get a refund but even after 15 days. I did not receive my refund yet so according to my opinion mobikwik is a bad choice and I never recommend this app for an online recharge method.
