I've been using the Mars for almost an year, I just upgraded to a Panasonic GD68.
The mars, as mentioned in the title, is truly the maruti of cellphones, i.e. it's not very attractive as far as competition is concerned, but is fully feature filled, very rugged and comes at a low price.
Pros:
1.Linearly Small in size, can easily slip into your pocket.
2.Good battery life.
3.Features are adequate.
4.Low price tag.
5.It can take rough use i.e. it has some capacity to take shock if you drop it. But I'm not guarantying anything.
Cons:
1.Though it is linearly small, i.e. low height/length, it is bulky i.e. thick!
2.Not very attractive as far as competition is concerned. The egg-shape is not liked by all!
3.Very less personalisation options. No composer, no download feature for ringtones.
4.WAP browser not very user-friendly.
Since the pros and cons are almost balanced, you won't go wrong if you buy the phone!
