We purchased mitsubishi heavy duty spilit ac 1.6 ton in may 2022. after 2 years there has been gas leakage problem. I complaint on toll free number and mentioned that we have heavy duty ac & told the problem.


after that executive gave the time when technician will visit.


afyer 2 days 2 technicians came & check the outdoor unit & told that there is gas leakage, have to refill gas right now.


i said ok.. do it.


after refiliing the gas check cooling it was not upto the mark. i complained regarding this immediately to technician. he said full gas have to refill. previous we have refill small amount if gas.


after refilling full gas we paid 4300/- and he said there is warranty of 3 months if u face priblem again call us n we will check again without any charge. after 2 or 3 hours


in the night cooling was zero. i called on their both number but no response till the date & customer care executive is saying that we are not responsible for this u have to pay again 4500/- + visiting charge 800+gst 18%.


the behaviour of the customer care executive is worst she has no manners how to talk with someone.


after this i thought we will have to pay again for this i called again & said plz send someone for solution. company sent technician again & after checking outdoor unit he said gas leakage problem i will submitt ur complaint in the office & other team will come for refilling the gas. now u have to pay 1000/- visiting charges. i saidi will pay but after refilling gas.


he talked woth executive & tils me u have to pay right now this payment.


then i said i have already paid 4300/- but my problem is not solved. how can i faith on.


i have already mentioned about gas refilling. now u r saying second team will come for.this.


i will not pay in advance this time. after refilling gas i will pay. or when u come here before refilling i will pay.


but the executive & senior manager service has no mamners & sense.


they are worst.


but they did not agree for this & close my complaint without solving the issue.


They are thug. Whole service team executive & manager are mannerless.


I said how can I believe this time that u will give proper service. I will pay but after refilling gas. Or before refilling gas when u will come here.


Once I was agreed to pay 1000/- & i request send an e mail from ur side that u received 1000/- and next day technician will come to u for refilling gas. She said " hum kya yhn Khali mail krne ke liye baithe hain." Paise de rhe hain to theek hai wrna call close kr rhe hain. !!!


Aapko karana hai to karayein wrna team ko wapas bula rhe hain.


Service Manager ke bhi yhi alfaz they.


Without any manner so rude behaviour.


Now I will complaint in "upbhokta forum"


They will give answer in front of judge.


I have all the documents and vedio recording of technicians and photographs.


& Invoice of 4300/-
