I ordered some stone studded bangles for my wife. The delivered piece was defective. One of the stud was broken. Also, the other one on the same bangle looked as if it was broken earlier and soldered back. White solder was clearly visible.
I initiated the refund process, and returned the bangles. Its almost a month now. every time I write a mail to their support, I am promised a refund within 3-4 business days. But nothing happens.
The phone line support is pathetic. Most of the times you are not able to reach. Once when I could connect, the same tape of 3-4 business days was replayed.
I would recommend not doing business with these guys.
