We have Microtek Inverter from last 4 years, however after 6 monts we faced issue in battery and when we called to the service center, the response was not good as we heard from them that we can not promise the agent time to come and resolve the concern and it takes around 10 days to visit to home and resolve the concern. We had a very bad experiance with Microtek. Recently we changed our service provider.
