On june 2015 I purchased Xbox one and till date it has been exchange more than 2times and still one more exchange that is 3rd time. This happed due to poor quality and poor build quality of the machine. Everything just melt up after 3 to 4 hours of gaming. Customer care and service center has no co-ordination and you just have to follow-up and beg them to do the things fast. Very slow service evem you pay them some money in warranty period.
Totally irresponsible mentality. They just need products but when its comes to replacement than they are not reliable for me. Also games of Xbox are not available in India after release. But if you pay high amount you get it. After pay such high pay. unsatiesfied service. They just need to know that please trained sommething to them. Even in seal box the HDMI cable was missing, so have to check at time you buy. Plz be checked very carefully . Microsoft selling second quality product in India and service as well. I dont like the product quality and service which they offer. Registering the product is very complicated. They just told you alltime Sorry and Sorry. Very pethatic service and product.
