There are so many windows variants out right now that if you would go in for windows 95 right now you would be like an fresh race car driver driving an outdated ferrari. I say ferrari because windows 95 was the best operating system when it had just come out. However lately because of it's latest competitors like Windows ME and Windows 2000 it has no chance. Windows ME and 2000 are way more stable and have many more features compared to windows 95 or even 98. So compared to other variants of windows, windows 95/98 is no good.
It's installation is very time consuming and is not worth it. Rather go in for Win ME.
