I had purchased Microsft Lumia 535 in the month of August 2016 for INR 5800/- from Mumbai. It works fine for the first two months and then the mobile started getting shut dowm every now and then, it also get shut down even if the battery is at 50%. The battery back is really bad, it dont even last for 2 hrs. Also the phone is really slow. It also freezes a lot. I am really confused now whether its a used phone or a new phone. As I trust NOKIA a lot hence I purchased this mobile but I am really disappointed now. I literally feel that I have wasted my money. I have also contacted Microsft service center and they have asked me to bring the handset alongwith my original bill to the service center as the phone is still in warranty. But its really dishearthening and inconvenience to the customer.
