I wanna express my disappointment on this company which is famous for rebranding other products and selling in the country in their name.
What is the harm?
They have little to no control over their products' quality, working and improvement. For example, if a phone comes with a bug, say wifi doesn't work, then it is most likely that it will never be resolved. The company outsource most of its software jobs to other countries and fixing a bug may cost them time and money.
Like apple or Samsung which know what problems a product of theirs' is having, a company like Micromax which pushes 1000s of products of the same kind in the market cannot simply go resolving each of their product's problems.
The best thing they can do is "change the motherboard".
