I will never ever buy any Micromax product. I ignored the reviews about their worst service now regret it. My phone stopped charging while in warranty. The service center person kept the phone till warranty was over and returned back. I was out of station for a week and my parents received the phone from them.
I came back and checked, the problem was still there but the service center person refused to repair it saying "now it is out of warranty". A guy with dirty attitude sits at the reception, talks rudely with all the customers. You will be treated in a worst way.Trash the Micromax products than going to their service center.
