I recently purchased a Micromax Q75 mobile from Pune. I was impressed by the features provided by it at a very reasonable cost.But after taking it home, I realized that the fundamentals of this mobile itself are wrong.
First, the ringing volume levels - even if it is set to the lowest volume, when this mobile rings the entire world hears.At my office, when this mobile rang the entire floor turned to see me. Embarrassed, I was forced to put it in silent mode. I tried changing the ring tones. Even the most melodious soft music would ring like rock song on this mobile.
Second, again to do with the hearing volume, when I talk to someone on this phone, everybody else nearby can hear the person talking on the other side.
Third, settings are not getting saved properly. If I set some ring tone, it automatically changes for some of the callers.
THERE IS ONLY 1 SERVICE CENTER IN PUNE CENTRAL CITY FOR WHICH EVEN THE CELLPHONE SELLER REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE CONTACT NUMBER AS HE SAID THAT THEY NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE AS THE TRACKBALL OF MY PHONE HAS STOPPED WORKING IN JUST 4-5 MONTHS. oNE DAY SOMEHOW I COULD LOCATE THE SERVICE CENTER AND WHEN I REACHED THERE, THEY TOLD THAT THE CENTER IS CLOSED EARLIER TODAY.PATETIC.DONT GO BY THE SMART LOOKS AND CHEAPER PRICE OF SUCH NEWCOMERS IN THE MARKET. YOU WILL SURELY BE SUFFERED.
This mobile would be best suited for people with some kind of hearing disability. For the rest of the world, simply avoid this mobile.
