Micromax dongel MMX377g Problems are.
When I download song or video from net. Its statistics(Speedmeter) show 540 kbps or 740kbps. Whereas Huawei shows 2.50 mbps with same SIM card and in same computer.
So, I went the Service center(M/S Anannaya Infotel) at kolkata_Jadavpur. They did not accept my dongel and advised me with angry "We can’t do for you anything. Just go to the Seller". I again request their Manager to check the dongel. He said it will take 15 days to check and also said AAPKA NET TO CHAL RAHA HAY NA.SOB KUCH THIK HAY. KUCH PROBLEM NEHI HAY.
So I request him to give me the written document which supports his speech. He Says “MAY AAPKO KOI VI DOCUMENT NEHI SAKTA”.
If Micromax dongel is 100% genuine, then why he deny to check it.
I have used Huawei and Micromax dongel both. Huawei is the 200% best. Micromax dongel Software is 90% photo copy of Huwai. Just check two dongls and my problems and justify my true or false before purchase.
