Nancy, I also had very bad experience. Without
doing anything how the screen can break. Myself
and my friend both purchased the same tab and it
was reported by service centre that screen is
broken I was surprised to listen that. Is it a way of earning the
money? the tab and seldom repairs
may then what is ultimate
cost of tis tab?
Quality of 10 inches Tablet is extremely bad and
so also repairing during warranty period. Out of
12 months the tablet was with the repair centre.
Finally after the repair, the touch screen
functioned so badly that it cracked and the Touch
screen replacement. Very-Very
poor Customer Service. This Company should be
closed for ever.
