This phone has amazing specification but following major issues I found with in 2 days of functioning:
Camera not functioning from day-1. Showing black screen. Even after rebooting, it’s showing black screen and error “Unfortunately Gallery has stopped”.
Device hangs frequently for no good reason. Even very small application was running at that time.
Battery gets drain very fast...even with stand by.
Device is getting heat up very quickly.. for no reason (stand by temp. is too high). May be related to #3.
There is no doubt, Micromax phones are coming with too good options, that too in such a cheap rate. But, in case of service they are worst, first thing u need to find the service center which is WORKING. 50% service centers are not working (listed phones no. are invalid), then many service center do not have the full authority to repair phones.
Long waiting time to get repair and restricted process to get it replaced.
