HIIII friends here I am going to review on "micromax canvs lapbook l1161 laptop" I woul like to expess my experence here as I was not getting any responce from their customer service even after registering my complaints over phone and email.i was exited to have it in the beginning.everything was ok till last week and studdenly the display gone -however it blank.also it has a poor audio not at all audience even I increase the volume to 100% I called up to their customer care number-tel:18605008286 last week explained my concerns their represensitive said that I will a call soon from their so far I have not get any call soon from their engineer and will come to my place and rectify the issue.so far I have not get any call from them after a week I sent a mail to info@micromaxinfo.com and so far not get any responce also it was foe my supprice that their customer car works only from 9anm to 6pm I except them to veryfie my concerns on ASAP basis as I have got my impartent fiels on already saved in this internal memory and required to use in it's urgently basis thank you
