I purchased Micromax Canvas 4 a 210 from the Mobile store for 18000 rupees. It has a great and unique design with sound configuration but it started giving problems with the charging Jack after 6 months of purchase so I took it to Micromax repair. They took 10 days to get it fixed and did not even give a loner phone.
Issue was not fully resolved since it started giving the same problem after 5 months of the Repair. I was fortunate enough that it was still under 1 year' manufacturing warranty. There was one month to end the manufacturing . This time they kept my phone for more than 30 days with them to get this fixed.
