I am sharing my experience of using micromax a110q canvas 2 plus . I purchased this canvas 2 a110q plus in 2014. Within 3 months the Touch screen of the mobile stops working. Then I make complaint in micromax care centre.
I submitted my mobile canvas 2 plus a110q in the micromax care centre for replacement of touch screen. The micromax official at the centre told me that the repairing of the mobile can take upto max 30 days.
But 45 days passed they didn't provide my mobile to me. Then I registered a complain in consumer court and told the micromax official about the complaint.
Within 4 days I got my mobile after making complain in consumer court. So, please guyz don't purchase micromax product.
