First of all, I would like to say that Micromax service centers are worst in the country. My father has purchased this model and within a 6 month, problems started rapidly. Firstly the battery backup decreased so much that it requires an average charging of 6-10 hours/ day. And after six months of purchase the lagging issue started. My father had to visit nearest service center for repair and they took 101-5 days to solve the issues related to model.
