As always, I will give a genuine review. it's been 15 days since I am using. Let's get the first thing first. Look of the phone is premium. thinner than canvas HD. Aluminum back cover gives a rich look along with durability and better signal quality.
But opening is really difficult. Had to take to the service center for opening back cover. Coming to the performance and display, I would say it's top notch. no lag till today. I think they have tweaked software nicely. At the start, free RAM was 634 MB. On adding lots of apps and games, it has come down to 450 to 500 MB.
Benchmark results are: antutu-16320, quadrant-4780, nenamark-54.7 fps. all type of gestures which were in canvas 4 are present in it apart from presence of pop up video and browser. Display is better than canvas HD as it looks more richer and bright. But there is some big issue in auto brightness mode as it fluctuates too much to affect the display. So I keep the brightness at the lowest level, disabling auto brightness.
Now, video player is excellent. Features of mx player are incorporated in it. It plays famous formats like mp4, mkv, 3gp etc. and full HD videos nicely. But speakers are showing fluctuations in intensity. May be some software issue.
Now coming to storage, it can transfer apps to SD card. So not to worry about 4gb internal memory. Regarding battery life, if you use with moderate gaming and browsing then it lasts for 1 day. I use the battery saver app. All HD games which I have installed were playing smoothly. Only asphalt 8 played with slight sluggishness but still playable.
I tried fifa14, real racing3, Sims city, dead trigger 2. The company does not give screen guard and flip cover. So, you need to buy them. That's it. If you want to know anything about it feel free to comment.
