Please dont buy this phone
I have taken micromax phone a110 on 2nd nov. 2012 and after 20 days, I started to facing the problems:
1) receiver voice - speaker phone: if someone calls then I can not listen their voice because of speaker phone. I went to service center but really poor service was there, they took 15 days to change the speaker of receiver and they resolve this issue on 8th dec 2012.
2) head phone: there is no voice clarity and speaker sound breaks alot. I complaint at the same moment then they said that they will take another one month to replace the head phone.
3)battery: now phone is not charging and even it is not going on.
Please understand the issue of customers. I tried to speak into their customer service but no response and if someone wants to connect into their corporate office then nobody picks up the calls their. Service center are not ready to listed and asking to submit the phone for 20days. I had taken this phone to become my life easier but they made my life hell & into worst condition to go here and there.
