When i purchased this mobile I am really excited of micromax for providing these many features for a cheaper price..but after 2 months i started facing many problems like jack problem , touch problems , speaker problems....etc., like every time i faced new problems....
Recently the service center people said as they cannot solve touch problem , so they sent to micromax company for repairing...till now 1 month is completed the service center people did not receive my mobile from company...
*the support from micromax company to its customers is very very bad....** the micromax is releasing all cheap china mobiles under branding without any quality.... I saw in service center that most of the customers are facing the same issue and waiting for months and months .....
We normally prefer micromax for cheaper prices when compared to samsung or nokia...but this the truth what micromax is doing....
*Friends please think of all these before you purchase micromax mobile...prefer it only when you are ready to face all these issues....*
Micromax is giving a worst support to its customers......
