No store. Review on Mi Store

In feb 2017 I was succeeded in placing two orders for redmi 3s for me and one of my friend using email reyazdar0@gmail.com. I tried many times to place an order from the Mi store but due go the flash sale of their products it becomes an impossible like situation , the area pincode I provided was 190001 , they gave me the estimated time of 15 days and were sending the my order through blue dart courier , I was eagerly waiting for my order to get delivered but my order was undelivered at the end of estimated time , I contacted Mi care and got the information of my order being delayed due to unknown reasons . they promised me of 100 such dates after 40 days I recieved only one order , I gave that one to my friend , and in case of 2nd order they told me to wait for few days upon expiry of that date I again contacted them and they told me that your order is cancelled by our side , it was cheating by their side , thereafter I again contacted them they regretted for inconvienance but it was too hurting to know that after waiting for near about 2 months for your product and at the end of the day you will not be able to receive your product
