Mi park Street service centre in kolkata they are not helpful reject my product first as they said it's a demage product after that they told me we will sending the mail to company if they accept so we claim the warranty few moments later (30 mins) they told me company reject this so we are unable to claim the warranty and my product is not damage there is scratches but not damage and they told it's damage moreover I asked written copy as she said so she told me sorry sir system issue we tried thrice a time but she to system issue it's not submitting and there was other customers also present and thy provide them service before me and after but in my time system issue I told them i can wait so they told me sorry sir, they not provided me any written copy and not claim my product warrenty. There is mentioned I get free wifi but not wifi network is available there, staff and customer wear mask but manager was not wear the mask
